스틸을 승인하기 전에는 이용하신 앱 스토어(Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store)에 환불을 요청해 주세요(앱의 주문 창 → 환불 요청). 저희는 반대하지 않습니다. 승인 뒤 결과가 스틸과 다르면 무료로 다시 만들어 드립니다.
"AI 연결"은 선택 기능이에요. 직접 넣은 OpenAI·Anthropic·Google API 키로 기기가 그 회사에 질문과 펫 정보(이름·종·울음소리·성격·말투 예시)를 직접 보내며, 요금은 그 회사가 청구합니다. API 키는 기기에만 저장되고 저희 서버로 오지 않습니다. 아이폰·맥에서는 다른 기기에서도 같은 Apple 계정으로 "Apple 로 로그인"하면 입양한 펫을 그 기기에서도 받을 수 있어요(도감의 "다른 기기·복원"). 같은 Apple ID 의 아이폰·맥은 iCloud 로도 자동으로 받아요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 봐 주세요.
앱을 지웠다가 다시 깔았거나 새 기기라면, 설정의 "구입 복원"을 누르면 같은 Apple ID 로 산 펫을 다시 받을 수 있어요(계정 필요 없음). 선택 기능인 "Apple 로 로그인"을 해 두면 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 다른 기기에서도 펫을 받을 수 있어요. 이메일은 저장하지 않고, 설정의 "계정 삭제"로 언제든 계정을 지울 수 있어요.

Before you approve the reference stills, request a refund from the app store you used (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store; Order window → Request Refund) — we will not object. If the finished pet does not match the approved stills, we remake it for free.
AI Connection is optional: with the OpenAI, Anthropic or Google API key you enter, your device sends your questions and your pet's info (name, species, sound, personality, sample lines) directly to that company, which bills you. The key is stored only on your device and never reaches our servers. On iPhone and Mac, use "Sign in with Apple" with the same Apple account on your other device to get your pets there too (Album → "Devices & Restore"). iPhones and Macs on the same Apple ID also receive pets automatically through iCloud. Reinstalled the app or got a new device? Tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings to get back the pets you bought with the same Apple ID (no account needed). With the optional "Sign in with Apple", you can also get your pets on other devices signed in to the same Apple account. We do not store your email, and you can delete the account at any time with "Delete Account" in Settings.

「AI接続」は任意機能です。ご自身で入力したOpenAI・Anthropic・GoogleのAPIキーで、端末からその会社へ質問とペットの情報（名前・種類・鳴き声・性格・話し方の例）が直接送られ、料金はその会社が請求します。APIキーは端末にだけ保存され、当社サーバーには届きません。iPhone・Macでは、別の端末でも同じAppleアカウントで「Appleでサインイン」すると、迎えたペットをその端末でも受け取れます（図鑑の「ほかの端末・復元」）。同じApple IDのiPhone・MacはiCloudでも自動的に受け取ります。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
アプリを入れ直した場合や新しい端末では、設定の「購入を復元」を押すと、同じApple IDで購入したペットをもう一度受け取れます（アカウント不要）。任意機能の「Appleでサインイン」をしておくと、同じAppleアカウントでサインインした別の端末でもペットを受け取れます。メールアドレスは保存せず、設定の「アカウントを削除」でいつでもアカウントを削除できます。
