맞춤 펫을 주문하실 때 올려 주신 반려동물 사진, 펫 이름·울음소리·성격 설명, 앱이 만든 주문 번호, 앱 스토어 결제 거래 번호를 받습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 연락처는 받지 않습니다.
오직 주문하신 펫을 만들고 전달하는 데만 씁니다. 광고, 추적, 제3자 판매에 쓰지 않습니다. 사진과 설명은 펫 이미지·영상을 만드는 AI 서비스(OpenAI, Higgsfield)에 제작 목적으로만 전달되며, 앱에서 동의하신 뒤에만 제출됩니다. 새 주문이 들어오면 운영자 알림(텔레그램)으로 주문 번호와 펫 이름이 전달됩니다.
자료는 Vercel(미국) 저장소에 비공개로 보관합니다. 배달 후 1년이 지나면 사진과 주문 자료를 삭제합니다. 앱의 주문 창에 있는 주문 번호와 함께 contact@capsule26.com 으로 요청하시면 그 전이라도 7일 안에 모두 삭제합니다.
결제는 이용하신 앱 스토어(Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store)가 처리하며 카드 정보는 저희가 받지 않습니다. 환불도 그 스토어를 통해 요청하실 수 있습니다.
앱의 "AI 연결"을 켜면, 사용자가 직접 넣은 OpenAI·Anthropic·Google 중 한 회사의 API 키로 사용자의 기기가 그 회사에 직접 질문을 보냅니다. 이때 보내는 것은 질문 글, 최근 대화(펫마다 최대 10번), 펫 정보(이름·종·울음소리·성격·말투 예시)입니다. 사진은 보내지 않습니다. 이 내용과 API 키는 Petsktop 서버를 거치지 않고 저희가 받거나 보관하지 않으며, 보낸 내용은 사용자가 고른 AI 회사의 개인정보 정책에 따라 처리되고 요금도 그 회사가 청구합니다. API 키는 기기의 보안 저장소(Apple 키체인 — iCloud 키체인을 켜면 같은 Apple ID 기기끼리 동기화, Android Keystore, Windows 데이터 보호)에만 저장되고, 대화 기록은 그 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱에서 키 삭제·대화 지우기로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다. 처음 질문하기 전에 앱에서 동의를 받습니다.
맥 앱에서 "활동 기록"을 켜면(기본은 꺼짐, 켤 때 안내 화면을 보여 드립니다) 맨 앞에 있는 앱의 이름과, 사용자가 허락한 브라우저(Safari·Chrome 등)의 앞 탭 도메인과 제목을 3분 단위로 적어 어떤 앱·사이트를 얼마나 썼는지 보여 줍니다. 탭 제목은 설정에서 끌 수 있고, 주소의 경로·페이지 내용·화면·키 입력은 적지 않으며, 비공개 창으로 확인된 탭은 건너뜁니다(Safari 는 비공개 창을 구별할 수 없습니다). 집중·딴짓 분류는 기본 분류표와 사용자가 고른 분류로 하고, 지원되는 Mac(macOS 26 과 Apple Intelligence)에서 켜 두면 이 Mac 안의 AI 가 제목을 보고 나눕니다. 이 분류에는 AI 연결의 API 키나 외부 AI 회사를 쓰지 않습니다. 기록과 분류 결과는 이 Mac 에만 저장되고 Petsktop 서버나 제3자에게 보내지 않습니다. 보관 기간(30일·90일·1년, 기본 90일)이 지나면 자동으로 지워지며, 앱에서 언제든 멈추거나 끄거나 모두 지울 수 있습니다. 브라우저 탭을 읽으려면 macOS 의 자동화 권한이 필요하며, 시스템 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 자동화에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
맥 앱에서 셀카 버튼을 누를 때만, 화면 기록 권한으로 펫 주변의 정사각형 영역을 한 장 찍어 이 기기의 앱 앨범 폴더에만 저장합니다. 찍은 사진은 Petsktop 서버나 제3자에게 보내지 않습니다. 화면 기록 권한이 없으면 화면을 찍지 않고 펫 그림 카드로 저장합니다. 권한은 시스템 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 화면 및 시스템 오디오 기록에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
사람 펫을 주문하시면 인물 사진과 옷 사진을 받아, 그 모습을 닮은 캐릭터 펫을 만드는 목적으로만 씁니다. 사진 검사와 기준 그림 제작은 OpenAI, 동작 영상 제작은 Higgsfield·MiniMax, 배경 제거는 fal.ai 에 처리를 위탁하며, Vercel(미국)에 저장합니다. 원본 인물·옷 사진과 제작 중간 영상은 배달 후 1년이 지나면 삭제하고 완성된 펫 파일만 남깁니다. 주문 전 동의 화면에서 본인 동의·책임 동의 2항목에 체크하시며, 체크하신 시각을 저장합니다. 아기·어린이 사진은 보호자의 동의가 있어야만 받고, 일반적인 옷차림의 사진만 받습니다(속옷·노출이 많은 옷은 받지 않습니다). 유명인 사진이나 동의 없는 다른 사람의 사진은 받지 않으며, 신고하시면 확인 뒤 삭제하고 환불합니다. 얼굴로 신원을 찾아내는 인식 기술은 쓰지 않습니다. 자동 검사는 사진에 사람이 보이는지와 노출이 많거나 성적인 사진인지만 보며, 나이나 유명인 여부는 판단하지 않습니다. 운영자가 사진을 직접 확인해 유명인 사진·부적절한 사진이면 거절하고 환불합니다.
아이폰·맥 앱은 아래 "Apple 로 로그인 · 구입 복원"으로 다른 기기에 펫을 받습니다. 안드로이드·윈도우 앱의 "다른 기기에서 보기"로 코드를 만들면, 앱이 이 기기의 주문 번호(앱이 만든 무작위 값)를 저희 서버로 보내 실제 주문인지 확인한 뒤, 암호화해서 최대 10분 동안만 보관합니다. 다른 기기에서 그 코드를 넣으면 주문 번호를 그 기기로 넘기고 즉시 지웁니다. 잘못된 시도를 막기 위해 접속 IP 주소를 복원할 수 없는 형태로 바꿔 약 30분 동안 보관합니다. 같은 Apple ID 의 아이폰·맥 사이에서는 주문 번호 목록이 사용자의 iCloud(키-값 저장소)로 동기화되며, 이 내용은 저희가 볼 수 없습니다. 하트·레벨 같은 기록은 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
계정은 선택 사항이며, 계정 없이도 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. "Apple 로 로그인"을 하면 Apple 이 알려 주는 사용자 식별값을 복원할 수 없는 형태(서버 비밀키를 섞은 해시)로 바꿔 계정 번호로 쓰고, 그 계정에 이 기기의 주문 번호(앱이 만든 무작위 값)를 암호화해 연결해 둡니다. 이름·이메일은 요청하지도 저장하지도 않습니다. 다른 기기에서 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인하면 연결된 주문 번호를 그 기기로 보내 입양한 펫을 다시 받을 수 있습니다. 앱의 "계정 삭제"로 언제든 계정과 연결 정보를 즉시 지울 수 있으며, 주문 자체는 위 "보관과 삭제"에 따릅니다. "구입 복원"은 계정 없이도 쓸 수 있습니다. 앱이 기기에 있는 App Store 구입 기록(Apple 이 서명한 거래 정보)을 저희 서버로 보내면, 서버가 Apple 서명을 확인하고 그 거래로 만든 주문 번호만 돌려주며 거래 정보는 저장하지 않습니다. 잘못된 시도를 막기 위해 접속 IP 주소를 복원할 수 없는 형태로 바꿔 약 30분 동안 보관합니다.

When you order a custom pet we receive the photos you upload, the pet's name, sound and personality notes, an order number created by the app, and the app store transaction ID. We do not collect names, emails or phone numbers. The data is used only to make and deliver your pet: the photos and notes are sent to AI image/video services (OpenAI, Higgsfield) for that purpose only, and only after you agree in the app. When a new order arrives, the order number and pet name are sent to the operator's notification channel (Telegram). The data is never used for ads, tracking or sale. It is stored privately on Vercel (US) and deleted one year after delivery; email contact@capsule26.com with your order number to have it deleted sooner, within 7 days. Payments are processed by the app store you used (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store); we never receive your card details. Refunds are requested through that store.
If you turn on "AI Connection", your device sends your questions directly to the AI company whose API key you entered (OpenAI, Anthropic or Google). What is sent: your question, recent conversation (up to 10 exchanges per pet), and your pet's info (name, species, sound, personality, sample lines). Photos are never sent. This content and your API key never pass through Petsktop's servers — we do not receive or store them. The AI company processes what you send under its own privacy policy and bills you directly. Your API key is stored only in your device's secure storage (Apple Keychain — synced across your devices on the same Apple ID if iCloud Keychain is on; Android Keystore; Windows Data Protection), and the conversation history stays on that device. You can delete the key or clear conversations in the app at any time. The app asks for your consent before your first question.
If you turn on "Activity Record" in the Mac app (off by default; you see an explanation before turning it on), the app records, in 3-minute blocks, the name of the app in front and, for browsers you allow (Safari, Chrome and others), the domain and title of the front tab, so it can show which apps and sites you used and for how long. You can turn off tab titles in Settings. URL paths, page contents, your screen and keystrokes are never recorded, and tabs identified as private windows are skipped (Safari cannot tell private windows apart). Focus/drift sorting uses a built-in table and your own choices; on supported Macs (macOS 26 with Apple Intelligence), if you leave it on, the AI on this Mac sorts by title. This sorting never uses your AI Connection API key or any outside AI company. The record and sorting results are stored only on this Mac and are never sent to Petsktop's servers or any third party. They are deleted automatically after the retention period you choose (30 days, 90 days or 1 year; 90 days by default), and you can pause, turn off or delete everything in the app at any time. Reading browser tabs requires macOS Automation permission, which you can turn off at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation.
Only when you press the Selfie button in the Mac app, the app uses the Screen Recording permission to capture one square area around your pet and saves it only to the app's album folder on this device. The picture is never sent to Petsktop's servers or to any third party. Without the Screen Recording permission, the app does not capture your screen and saves a pet illustration card instead. You can turn the permission off at any time in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording.
When you order a person pet, we receive a photo of the person and a photo of their outfit, used only to make a character pet that resembles them. We delegate processing to OpenAI for photo review and reference art, Higgsfield/MiniMax for motion video, and fal.ai for background removal, and store everything on Vercel (US). The original person/outfit photos and the in-progress video are deleted one year after delivery; only the finished pet file remains. Before ordering, you check two consent boxes in the app — for yourself and for responsibility — and we save the time you checked them. Photos of babies and children are accepted only with a guardian's consent, and only in ordinary clothing (no underwear or highly revealing clothing). We do not accept photos of celebrities or of other people who have not consented; if reported, we review, delete, and refund. We do not use facial recognition to identify anyone. Our automatic check only looks at whether a person is visible and whether the photo is nude, revealing or sexual; it does not judge age or whether someone is a celebrity. An operator reviews the photos by hand and declines and refunds orders with celebrity or inappropriate photos.
The iPhone and Mac apps get your pets on another device through "Sign in with Apple · Restore Purchases" below. When you create a code with "View on Another Device" in the Android and Windows apps, the app sends this device's order numbers (random values created by the app) to our server, which checks that they are real orders and keeps them encrypted for at most 10 minutes. When the code is entered on another device, the order numbers are handed to that device and deleted immediately. To block repeated wrong attempts, we keep a non-reversible form of the connecting IP address for about 30 minutes. Between iPhones and Macs on the same Apple ID, the list of order numbers syncs through your iCloud (key-value storage), which we cannot see. Records such as hearts and levels never leave the device.
An account is optional; every feature works without one. If you use "Sign in with Apple", we turn the user identifier Apple gives us into a non-reversible form (a hash mixed with a server secret) and use it as your account number, and we link this device's order numbers (random values created by the app) to it in encrypted form. We do not ask for or store your name or email. When you sign in with the same Apple account on another device, the linked order numbers are sent to that device so you can get your adopted pets again. You can delete the account and its links at any time with "Delete Account" in the app; the orders themselves follow the retention rules above. "Restore Purchases" works without an account: the app sends the App Store purchase records on your device (transaction info signed by Apple) to our server, which checks Apple's signature and returns only the order numbers made with those purchases; the transaction info is not stored. To block repeated wrong attempts, we keep a non-reversible form of the connecting IP address for about 30 minutes.

Macアプリで「活動記録」をオンにすると（初期設定はオフで、オンにする前に説明画面を表示します）、最前面のアプリ名と、許可したブラウザ（Safari・Chromeなど）の最前面タブのドメインとタイトルを3分単位で記録し、どのアプリやサイトをどれだけ使ったかを表示します。タブのタイトルは設定でオフにできます。URLのパス、ページの内容、画面、キー入力は記録せず、プライベートウインドウと確認できたタブは記録しません（Safariはプライベートウインドウを区別できません）。集中・寄り道の分類は内蔵の分類表とご自身で選んだ分類で行い、対応するMac（macOS 26とApple Intelligence）でオンにしている場合は、このMac内のAIがタイトルを見て分類します。この分類にAI接続のAPIキーや外部のAI会社は使いません。記録と分類の結果はこのMacにだけ保存され、Petsktopのサーバーや第三者に送ることはありません。選んだ保管期間（30日・90日・1年、初期設定は90日）を過ぎると自動で削除され、アプリでいつでも一時停止・オフ・すべて削除ができます。ブラウザのタブを読むにはmacOSのオートメーションの許可が必要で、システム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → オートメーションでいつでもオフにできます。
Macアプリでセルフィーボタンを押したときだけ、画面収録の許可を使ってペットの周りの正方形の範囲を1枚撮り、この端末のアプリのアルバムフォルダにだけ保存します。撮った写真をPetsktopのサーバーや第三者に送ることはありません。画面収録の許可がない場合は画面を撮らず、ペットのイラストカードとして保存します。許可はシステム設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → 画面収録とシステムオーディオ録音でいつでもオフにできます。
iPhone・Macアプリは、下の「Appleでサインイン・購入の復元」で別の端末にペットを受け取ります。Android・Windowsアプリの「別の端末で見る」でコードを作ると、アプリはこの端末の注文番号（アプリが作るランダムな値）を当社サーバーに送り、実在する注文か確認したうえで、暗号化して最長10分間だけ保管します。別の端末でそのコードを入力すると、注文番号をその端末に渡してすぐに削除します。不正な試行を防ぐため、接続元IPアドレスを元に戻せない形に変換して約30分間保管します。同じApple IDのiPhone・Mac間では、注文番号の一覧がお客様のiCloud（キー値ストレージ）で同期され、その内容を当社が見ることはできません。ハート・レベルなどの記録は端末の外に送りません。
アカウントは任意で、アカウントがなくてもすべての機能を使えます。「Appleでサインイン」を使うと、Appleから受け取るユーザー識別子を元に戻せない形（サーバーの秘密鍵を混ぜたハッシュ）に変えてアカウント番号とし、そのアカウントにこの端末の注文番号（アプリが作るランダムな値）を暗号化して結び付けます。お名前・メールアドレスは求めず、保存もしません。別の端末で同じAppleアカウントでサインインすると、結び付けた注文番号がその端末に送られ、迎えたペットをもう一度受け取れます。アプリの「アカウントを削除」でいつでもアカウントと結び付け情報をすぐに削除でき、注文そのものは上記の保管ルールに従います。「購入を復元」はアカウントなしでも使えます。アプリが端末にあるApp Storeの購入記録（Appleが署名した取引情報）を当社サーバーに送ると、サーバーがAppleの署名を確認し、その購入で作られた注文番号だけを返します。取引情報は保存しません。不正な試行を防ぐため、接続元IPアドレスを元に戻せない形に変換して約30分間保管します。
